What makes our treats healthy?

Our treats are healthy because they are grain and gluten free, free of preservatives and artificial flavors. This is great in general but especially good for dogs and cats that suffer from allergies. We are proud to only use 6 ingredients or less. Our two base ingredients are Garbanzo bean flour and Flax Seed (rich in omega 3 fatty acids).

All of our flavors available are made with real, human grade food. The dog could share his treats with his human!

We use alternative protein sources like Buffalo, Lamb and Rabbit to give dogs and cats alternatives to only Beef and Chicken. Those are pretty much on any allergen panel for most of the dogs and cats with allergies.

Do You Give Back to The Community in Any Way?

YES! Once a month thru the doggie happy hour @ the Ok Bike Shop in downtown Mobile we help the animal rescue communities by raising funds and keeping the community involved in their work, without the pressure of adopting another animal.

$1 donated by the attendees of buying a raffle ticket helps rescue organizations to continue the work they do.

We continue to grow the Doggie Happy Hour by having an Arts & Crafts market. We give local artists an outlet to show their work. Soap makers, candle makers, jewelry makers all come together at this event to sell their wares and attract more people to the fund raiser.

We will also be at Whole Foods starting in the Spring of 2017 doing a “Yappie Hour” that will focus on the same thing as the Doggie Happy Hour.

We also started the Southern Treats for Southern Dogs Project, where we donate treats to rescue dogs.

We ship for free anywhere in the United States.

Is Your Product Made In The USA?

Yes, everything is made and sourced in the USA.

How Should I Store My Dogs Treats?

After opening your bag please refrigerate your dogs treats. We are proud to not use any preservatives and want to make sure everything stays fresh. Our resalable bags are made from recycleable materials.

What are your Refund/ Return policies?

As our dog treats are perishable, all sales are final.
To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.
MyHappyDog123 will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be spoiled. We will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
MyHappyDog123 is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from the third-party carriers (UPS, FedEx or USPS). A tracking number will be provided for each shipment.
If the treats are returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, you will not be refunded. When provided with the correct address you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
For any items to be eligible for a refund, you will have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment or a store credit can be issued. A refund or store credit will issued once the item/s to be returned have been received by us.

Is There Real Meat in the Treats?

Yes, real meat. No imitations or added flavors. Everything is made in the USA, from flour to the meats and packaging.
