How should I store my dog treat?
We recommend that after opening a bag to please refrigerate your dog’s treats.We are proud to say the we do not use any preservatives and want to make sure everything stays fresh.Most of the time, we do predict, that our treats are gobbled up quickly.
What are you refund/return policies?
As our dog treats are perishable, all sales are final.
To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.
MyHappyDog123 will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be spoiled. We will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
MyHappyDog123 is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from the third-party carriers (UPS, FedEx or USPS). A tracking number will be provided for each shipment.
If the treats are returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, you will not be refunded. When provided with the correct address you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
For any items to be eligible for a refund, you will have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment or a store credit can be issued. A refund or store credit will issued once the item/s to be returned have been received by us.

Yes. We only use meat approved for human consumption. We stay away from anything artificial and use only 6 total ingredients to bake our treats.
